Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the problem/issue you are currently experiencing.
Windows Users
HDPVRCapture is a Mac only application, it does not work under Windows. If you are running Windows then you will need to contact Hauppauge Technical Support directly in regards to any issues you may be having.
HDPVR 2 GE Plus Users
