Failure to enter a valid serial number will delay the order process.

HDPVR, HDPVR2 and HDPVR Rocket
On the bottom of your HDPVR unit, there is a white barcode label. On that label is a 8 digit code. This is your serial number.
On the back of the Colossus board, there is a white barcode label. On that label is a 8 digit code. This is your serial number.
When you purchase a HDPVRCapture license key, once the order process has been completed, your license key will be automatically processed.
The next time you start the HDPVRCapture application, the demo restrictions will be automatically removed, turning the demo version into the fully unlocked version of the software.
We will also email you a duplicate copy of your license key to the email address you supply in the order process. We recommend you archive this email for safe keeping.
If you need to manually install or remove your license key, we have a handy step by step guide which you can follow here.
You can download the HDPVRCapture demo software from the Downloads page, this allows you to try the application to ensure that the software will be compatible with your computer systems and satisfies your requirements before purchasing a license.
Avoiding Software Theft
Developers can't continue to write great software if people are stealing it, using it without payment.
As a result, and to avoid software theft, I generate license keys specifically for each HDPVR device.
License Keys and Your Device
The license key unlocks all of the features of HDPVRCapture for your specific HDPVR unit. So, as part of the order process I also ask for your HDPVR hardware serial number. This information is private between you and I.
Because the license key is generated with your HDPVR device's serial number, if you change your HDPVR device, the serial number changes also, meaning your license key will no longer work.
Our Refund/Return Policy
We offer you a working demonstration version of HDPVRCapture so that you have an adequate opportunity to assess its value prior to purchase. Please use the demonstration version to ensure that the software will be compatible with your computer systems and satisfies your requirements before purchasing a license. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software license keys can be easily duplicated. Once a license key has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns. In rare cases and only within 14 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, a signed Letter of Destruction on company letterhead will be necessary to process the refund.
