The good folks over at Hauppauge Computer Works recently announced a new product, the HD PVR 60 Game Capture device, full details here.

With the recent introduction of HDPVRCapture v3.7 support for OS X El Capitan (10.11), we’re announcing today that HDPVRCapture versions v3.8 and higher will no longer support OS X Mountain Lion (10.8). The minimum version of OS X required to run HDPVRCapture will increase from 10.8.5 to 10.9.5 (Mavericks).
